1. B2B Manufacturing Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vellara Knitwear website and the initial inquiry process for our OEM/ODM manufacturing services. By submitting an inquiry, you agree that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity. Formal manufacturing agreements, including lead times, quality standards, and pricing, will be established in a separate, binding contract following the initial consultation.
2. Intellectual Property & Design Protection
We strictly respect the intellectual property of our clients. Any designs, Tech Packs, patterns, or reference materials you submit remain your exclusive property. Vellara Knitwear agrees not to reproduce, share, or utilize your proprietary designs for any other client or internal brand. We are open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the submission of sensitive technical documents.
3. Website Usage Rules
The content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Vellara Knitwear. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our portfolio images or website content without explicit written permission. The inquiry form must be used solely for legitimate B2B manufacturing requests; spam or solicitation will not be tolerated.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate information regarding our capabilities and estimated lead times on this website, all quotes and timelines provided prior to a formal contract are estimates. Vellara Knitwear shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the inability to establish a manufacturing agreement.
